- I forgot my username or password, can you send it?
For security reasons, once a membership is active your user access information can only be sent to the email address used during the signup procedure.
Therefore, in order that your username and password be reissued, you must supply the email address originally used to sign up at the follow respective billers address:
to reissue a VEROTEL usercode or passcode
to request support for lost PROBILLING username or password
- What happens if I share my password with others?
We do not recommend sharing passwords with anyone. If the antitheft software on our server detects multiple simultaneous logins that account will be disabled completely restricting access for that user.
We do not look on this lightly, and are not inclined to reinstate user accounts that have been abused via password sharing.
- I want to cancel my membership, or check my billing status - how do I do that?
When you initially signed up you recieved an email from the respective biller confirming your membership, this contains contact details and/or links to help you manage your account.
If you no longer have access to this email, the following links can be used to check or cancel memberships at each biller respectively:
cancel signup through VEROTEL
manage or cancel signup through PROBILLING
- What will my credit card statement say? Will it be something pornographic?
Certainly not! For your privacy and security, it is ensured that your statement will only contain a name relating to the respective biller (e.g. "verotel" or "probilling") and a non-descript number code.
- I am going to go to call my financial institution and request a chargeback.
We don't advise you do that - it is very costly for billing management and will also affect your credit rating, possibly restricting your ability to purchase online in the future.
If there is a problem and you feel inclined to request a chargeback - PLEASE contact us, and we'll do our best to solve any issues you may have.
- What software do I need to use the content on the site?
We endeavour to maintain high compatability standards throughout the site ensuring that most operating systems and wen browsers display the content of the site correctly.
Most web browsers will display still image content (JPeG format) correctly as long as your computer systems graphics display is set at appropriate resolution and colour depth. We recommend a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels or higher, and a colour depth of 16 bit or higher.
To view movie content (MOV and MPeG format) you will require a suitable media player:
Apple's QuickTime player version 4 or higher is required to view MOV format files - the latest version is available HERE
Most operating systems have an appropriate MPeG format player already installed (Microsoft Windows uses Windows Media Player by default).
- That's all very nice, but nothing has really answered my question...
Please contact us and ensure you include as many of the following details as possible:
* EMAIL address originally used for membership signup
* USERNAME issued for membership
* PASSWORD issued for membership
* DATE you originally signed up for membership
* SPECIFIC DETAILS of the problem/s or enquiry for which you are requesting support
